Pair of vintage Empire Ivory Ware porcelain mantle vases, made in England and richly decorated with romantic hand-painted scenes. One vase features a couple with a cherub and includes its original lid; the other shows a classical gathering in a pastoral setting. Both are adorned with gold-accented handles, floral motifs, and a soft ivory glaze with fine crackling that adds antique charm. Condition: Very good vintage condition with light age-related crazing. A couple of chips on the underside of the base on one of the vases. Gold accents are bright and intact. Please see photos for details.
